Nike Air Max 1 Re-release
In 1987, Nike debuted a shoe that would forever change footwear. Nike Air Max 1 was first introduced the first example of Air Max-branded technologies. The Air Max range utilizes a visible air cushioning at the side of the midsole for most models.
“The original goal was to put a shoe out there that had more cushioning than anything else previously made. The challenge became: how do we let runners and the general public see the Air Sole at work.” – Tinker Hatfield, Nike VP of Creative Design. For Tinker Hatfield and Nike Design the challenge was not only to build the best Air shoe of its age but also to allow athletes to understand what they were getting when they chose to run on Nike Air.
Nike hasn’t released the Air Max 1 in an original colorway since 2006. As part of the History of the Air collection, Nike has decided to do it once again. On the 11th of July 2009, our own Nike Quickstrike account store Solewhat at Mid Valley & Sungai Wang are releasing 2 original colourways. Freshly baked Air max 1 are awaiting for you, don’t miss out

An iPod might be great accessory to have but if your partner does not particularly like music then it will become a lovely but impractical gift.
