Alright let’s start with some introduction to Zorbing, Orbing, Ball Sphering or whatever you like to call it. This ride is specially designed for thrill seekers to experience the ultimate feeling of being hooked onto inside a giant ball, then being rolled on a gentle slope, allowing you to roll downhill, and also on a level surface or even with or without water inside the ball.

Orbing Downhill Dry Ride:
Two riders are strapped onto a comfortably padded harness for the ride down a hill or a slope. A “dry” ride means no water however you will be rotating with the Orb inside it =)

Orbing Downhill Wet Ride:
This is the more a challenging and adrenaline packed ride where two riders are strapped inside the Orb and a bucket of water splashed inside the orb together with you. A wild ride with water rushing past you as you rotate through the water will be splashing all over inside the Orb while you are rolling down a hill.

WARNING: This activity is definitely not for the faint hearted as it may look like a simple ride from the outside =)

Orbing Hamster Roll:
1 to 2 riders are inside the Orb and are free to walk, roll and tumble on flat terrain. Participants outside can have fun pushing the ball and seeing their friends inside tumble around. They can play cat and mouse if 2 Orbs are used.
GAC Adventures is the first company to introduce this ride in Malaysia as they call it the Orbing experience. Previously it was held weekly at Lake Garden, Kuala Lumpur till the last weekend of June 2007, this event attracted many young and energetic thrill seekers to come and experience the Zorbing Ball Rides. It was an unforgettable experience indeed!

Through my experience I tried the Orbing ball with water inside and trust me 1 bucket in such a big ball is really enough to get you all wet. The experience of rolling down a slope with both your hands and legs clinged on to and inside the Orb is a totally bizarre, one-of-its kind and exhilarating. Even on a short 70m hill slope you will feel its damn long while rolling down. Its either you will like it or hate it. Some of my friends which tried didn’t like the experience, as those of you who have claustrophobia may find it scary inside.

You may choose either the wet or dry ride, or you may even choose to try both. Regardless of your choice, you are guaranteed to exit from the Zorbing ball at the end of your ride with big smiles on your faces!
